ETHICAL STANDARDS Icon Energy is committed to ensuring that all Directors, managers and employees act with integrity and promote ethical and responsible behaviour enhancing the reputation and performance of the Group. The Company has an approved Code of Conduct and Ethics which describes Icon Energy’s values, as well as other policies and procedures in place incorporated into an ethical framework on which the Company bases its decisions – as individuals and as a corporate entity. CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS The standard of behaviour required of Directors, employees and contractors includes: − Best Interests: Acting in the best interests of the Company and working to create value for its shareholders and stakeholders. − Integrity and Fairness: Conducting all dealings with honesty, integrity, and fairness, both internally and with third parties. − Legal Compliance: Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations governing the Group and its operations. − Conflict of Interest: Avoiding or appropriately managing any conflicts of interest that may arise. The Company has a process in place for Directors, employees and third parties to report potential breaches of the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
