RAYMOND JAMES - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Qualifications:
BSc (Physics Geology) University of NSW. FAICD.

Experience:
Has 37 years experience in the petroleum industry in Australia, USA, Indonesia, SE Asia, M.East and Russia. He worked with Chevron Perth and Houston from 1969-74 and with Gulf Oil from 1974-80. He was the Managing Director of Australian Hydrocarbons from 1980-81 and the Managing Director of Omega Oil from 1987-91. He was a Director of Australian Petroleum Production & Exploration Association (APPEA) from 1999-2007 and Vice Chairman of APPEA from 2003-2005. He is the Managing Director of Icon Energy and its subsidiaries since 1993. He is the acting President of Icon Oil US LLC since 1999.

Experience
Dr. Ray McNamara is currently an Associate Professor of Accounting at Bond University. He is the director of the School of Business Doctoral Program and is also the director of the Centre for Corporate Governance. He has more than twenty years of experience in the private and public sectors specialising in financial accounting, corporate control systems and security appraisal and valuation.

LAWRENCE BROWN - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Experience:
30 years experience in the Petroleum upstream industry, including research and development, production, drilling, and reservoir engineering in the United States, Australia, Kazakhstan, Papua New Guinea, and Nigeria.

HARRY DUERDEN - CHIEF GEOLOGIST

Experience:
Has over 20 years experience in petroleum development, exploration, production and business management in Australia, Indonesia, Africa, the Philippines and the North Sea.

BSc Geology and Chemistry. (Hons.) London.

CORBETT MCKAY - CONSULTANT DRILLING OPERATIONS

Experience:
Has supervised drilling operations for over 45 years in Canada, Australia, Trinidad, Pakistan, Kuwait, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Irin Jaya, the Philippines and Australia for various major oil producing companies.

JOHN QUAYLE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Experience:
Has over 30 years corporate business experience and is a commercial lawyer. He has wide experience in corporate law with project financing, corporate advice and corporate governance in the private sector. He has extensive international business experience in Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines negotiating and structuring corporate ventures.

JILL PARTRIDGE - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Experience:
Has over 32 years experience in various legal roles with major Law firms in Melbourne and the Gold Coast who specialised in commercial advice and litigation, probate estate, corporate advice, property conveyancing and commercial leasing, along with other general practice areas.

Qualifications:
Proficient in various computer software including Word 2007 and shorthand. Practicing Justice of the Peace (Commissioner for Declarations).

NATALIA FRASER - SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Experience:
Has experience with a medium size accounting firm specialising in tax, financial accounting and auditing.  Prior experience includes: foreign partner relationship manager with a large Russian company. .

LYNDA PALMER - LEGAL MANAGER

Experience:
Has over 10 years experience in communications and business management in Sydney, Gold Coast and Canada. Has developed, managed and evaluated various business, communication and documentation systems for several companies and currently completing a Bachelor of Laws.

MARILYN SOICH - DRAFTING & TECHINICAL DESIGNER

Experience:
Over 30 years experience in technical drafting, bookkeeping and office management. Has primarily worked in the mining industry, with Esso Petroleum, Pancontinental Mining and various other exploration companies.

Qualifications:
Computer proficient in Map Info, Corel Draw, XL, Illustrator.
