52  DIRECTORS’ DECLARATION The Directors of the Company declare that: 1) The financial statements and notes, as set out on pages 40 to 67 , are in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 and other mandatory professional reporting requirements and: a) comply with Accounting Standards; and b) give a true and fair view of the financial position as at 30 June 2017 and of the performance for the year ended on that date of the consolidated entity; 2) The Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer have each declared that: a) the financial records of the Company for the financial period have been properly maintained in accordance with section 286 of the Corporations Act 2001 ; b) the financial statements and notes for the financial period comply with the Accounting Standards; and c) the financial statements and notes for the financial period give a true and fair view. 3) In the directors' opinion there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts as and when they come due and payable; 4) The attached financial statements are in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards, as stated in note 1 to the financial statements.
